Big Sandy Area Community Action Program is accepting sealed bids for the following vehicle:
- One (1) 2007 Ford Econoline E-350 Passenger Van
- Color: White
- Mileage: Approximately 44,566 miles
- Condition: Good
The vehicle is stored at a BSACAP facility. Interested parties may inspect the vehicle by calling (606) 789-3641 ext 1112 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Vehicle Bid” and mailed or delivered to:

All bids must be received no later than August 10, 2026, Bids will be opened at the BSACAP Paintsville office on August 12, 2026, and bidders will be notified by telephone.
All bids must be received by the designated deadline; late bids will not be considered. BSACAP assumes no responsibility for delays in mail delivery. BSACAP reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
The vehicle is being sold “as is,” and BSACAP makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding its condition.
The successful bidder must remove the vehicle from the storage location within five (5) business days of notification of bid acceptance.
