Garden Seed Program
The Garden Seed Program offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to supplement their income by means of a vegetable garden that will provide fresh produce for eating and canning. To qualify, the annual household income must be at or below 125 percent of the current federal poverty income guidelines. Eligible program participants receive vouchers to purchase seeds, fertilizer, and/or plants from local vendors. Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
