BSACAP to start LIHEAP pre-registration for elderly and disabled on Oct. 21
Big Sandy Area Community Action Program (BSACAP) is offering pre-registration for the Subsidy portion of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The pre-registration will begin on Monday, October 21, and last until November 1. BSACAP Executive Director Wanda Thacker
