We are currently accepting appointments for the following programs and services:

    • LIHEAP Crisis – Heating Assistance Program
    • LIHWAP Crisis- Water Assistance Program
    • LIHWAP Subsidy – Water Assistance Program

Please Note:
  Appointments made for before January 10th will only cover Crisis Water Assistance. If you make an appointment for Crisis Water Assistance before January 10th, you will have to make another appointment to receive Subsidy Water Assistance and/or Crisis Heating Assistance for after January 10th. Appointments made for January 10th and later will cover Crisis Water, Subsidy Water, and Crisis Heating Assistance (all three or any needed combination).

Follow the steps below to schedule an appointment. This appointment is for a phone call ONLY. Due to COVID-19 our offices remain closed. A Community Resource Representative will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment.

Step 1: Schedule an Appointment

Instructions: Appointments can be made, changed or canceled at any time by clicking on the Schedule Online button below. You can also make or cancel an appointment at any time (24/7) using our automated phone system by dialing (606) 887-1441. After booking your appointment, move on to Step 2 below.

Instructions: Use the Upload Documents button to upload your required documentation. Click here for information about required documentation. (If you are unable to upload your documentation, drop boxes are located outside of each local office. If you cannot upload or drop off your documents, you may fax them to your local office.)
